The Ins of Aina
Values are SO important! They drive all of our decisions, and really all of our day-to-day actions. Everyone and every group of people have a set of values - whether they say them out loud or not. Since we at Aina believe so much in our people, we are VERY intentional about all of our values, from the very beginning. We expect you to live and breathe these in every interaction - so for that reason, we're starting here. And we're being REALLY open and transparent about what those values actually are - because failure to live these values in Aina can lead to sanctions and dismissal. This is not because we're evil, mean, or overbearing. It's because we want to protect all of our team members, and in order to do so we need to know that we're all playing by the same set of rules. Values are just the boundaries, the fences we put around our Aina interactions; they allow us to stop worrying about where those fences are, and instead focus on growing the beautiful garden that is AIna.
We hope you think deeply about these values and make sure they fit with you - because no one is happy in a situation that doesn't fit with them. Step one is to think through this deeply, and Step 2 is to watch the video below for a more in-depth coverage of what those Aina Values - what we like to call the Ins of Aina - actually are, and what they mean in your chosen career.
Welcome to the Aina Family! We’re so happy to have you as a part of our team. Let’s start by giving you a bit of an overview of what’s to come.
First, we've put together this 5-part leadership development programme for you to go through as a part of your onboarding into Aina. This will not only help you understand our products, but also help you achieve your own goals - both personally and professionally (here at Aina we believe those are inextricably entwined). We will do a lot of work on your mindset, getting you really clear on what you want to achieve, what you THINK you’re doing all this for and what you’re REALLY doing it for. We’ll start breaking down your old belief systems and re-wiring your brain for success in order to build the confidence you desire. Throughout this process you will learn how to manage your fears and quiet the negative self-talk that is holding you back. You’ll also start to gain an understanding of some of those subconscious blocks that you may not currently be aware of, which is often where the biggest breakthroughs come from.
Alongside that you will gain tools and techniques including neuro linguistic programming (NLP) skill sets and other practical tips to help you take inspired action for life and business success.
Because the right mindset combined with inspired action = RESULTS!
But let’s be clear, this programme is not guaranteeing you overnight success. There are no claims of magic pills or instant transformation. It requires commitment from yourself. It requires you to keep an open mind and trust the process. If you want it, you can have it, but you must put the work in, and at times this will mean doing things that are so far out of your comfort zone you may feel sick, but you do it anyway.
Now don’t let this put you off – we don’t want you to worry! We will be there with you, supporting you every step of the way. We care about our team, which means we care about you. We care about your goals. We are completely committed to doing everything we can in order for you to achieve your success. We just ask that you are 100% committed too.
We have spent over two decades studying personal development and the habits and disciplines of successful people. These habits, disciplines and principles will be shared with you in this programme. It is up to you whether you chose to embrace them or not.
So, how does it work?
This Trello Board contains all of the Modules. You will be able to go through them at your own pace - we just ask that you finish by the end of your 3rd month with us. Many people find it very effective to space it out and work at the pace of one Module every 2 weeks. We have found from working closely with our clients that this is the perfect timescale to prevent information overload (because information overload creates overwhelm and procrastination) whilst allowing enough time for you to absorb, digest, analyse, reflect and take inspired action to get the most from the content provided.
We are ALWAYS here for you, and want your feedback! If you have any questions, concerns, or get stuck anywhere, send us an email. The first lesson of leadership is to ask for help - we recommend you use it! We are here for you, it is our absolute job to help you along the way, so please, please send us your questions and comments.
Which leaves us to say a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU for taking your first step and becoming a part of Aina. Often just going out and trying to achieve a goal can be an obstacle in itself for people who struggle with self-belief and thoughts of, “I’m not good enough”. Taking the plunge to really committing that investment of time, energy and money into yourself is something you should be proud of.
We want you to celebrate your success, no matter how big or small it seems, and we’re starting NOW! We’ll talk more about this throughout the programme but recognition of our achievements has a bigger impact on your mindset than you may currently realise. So get ready to change all that, make the commitment to acknowledge your success NOW! Give yourself a pat on the back, say “well done me”, grab a notebook, finish the sentence below, write it down and let’s get cracking! 🙂
Three Things I Am Celebrating Today Are…
The Next Steps:
Now it’s time to get down to the nuts and bolts – and by that, we mean we need you to fill out the Welcome Pack (Click on the attachment below). This will help you focus your thoughts and intentions for this programme, so that you can get the most bang for your buck. Remember, if you get stuck at any point in the process, you can email us – we’re always here for you.
Every Module will come with it's own workbook - we'll put it as it's own separate card before the Module. Before you begin work on the Module, open up the workbook (see the below attachment), and either save it as a document that you can fill out on your own computer, or print it off and fill it out by hand - completely up to your own preferences. Once you've done so, proceed to the next card (Module 1 Lesson 1).
